Frequently Asked Questions About Contact Lenses |
What happens if I receive my contact lenses and they have been damaged
in transit?
We strive to package all lenses to protect them from such damage but unfortunately
sometimes damage may occur in transit, therefore we would replace the lenses
free of charge.
|
Can I purchase lenses that I have not tried before?
No, you would need to ask your own optician to let you have a trial of
the lenses to make sure that the fitting is correct before we can supply
those lenses.
|
Do you need my contact lens prescription?
Yes, legally we need an up-to-date contact lens prescription (valid for
1 year) from your optician. When you order lenses from us we ask you to
supply your opticians name, address and fax number so that we can obtain
a copy of your prescription. This usually takes a day or two then we can
send out your lenses. If we already hold a valid prescription your lenses
will be sent out according to availability.
|
| How long will it take for my lenses to arrive? |
We hold a large stock of most contact lenses and you should receive these
within 2-3 days. If we need to order the lenses they would be with you
within 5 days.
